We ship all orders via USPS, and try to ship within 1-3 business days of purchase (holidays and weekends excluded). USPS does not guarantee any sort of timeline for delivery and therefore neither can we. The average ship time is between 3-4 business days. Delivery dates can vary depending on where you are in relation to our headquarters located in Asheville, North Carolina.

Presently, we are unable to offer shipping or returns on any international orders.

Returns

We put a lot of time and love into our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you decide that you’re not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us via our Contact Page or send an email to info@natureboundco.com for instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please do not send any items back to us until you receive a response via email!

Please Note:

  • We are happy to refund any new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
  • We are only able to refund the purchase price of your order and not the shipping fees, if applicable.
  • The customer (you) must cover the shipping fees associated with any returns.
  • Any apparel merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition- not washed or worn. Please briefly try on any apparel to make sure they fit properly before you wash them! Once washed, we are unable to accept them back.
  • Please include everything that was in the original package along with the items you ordered (this includes any cards, stickers, inserts, packaging, etc.)
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through our retail partners. Similarly, please do not attempt to return or exchange any items purchased through our website at our retail partners’ locations.
  • We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like another product/size instead of what you originally purchased, please submit a new order once your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of the items being returned once we have been able to inspect them.
